Extensive experience (approximately 200 cases) as a "first chair" advocate in grievance arbitration, including both individual grievances (wrongful termination, discipline, harassment, discrimination, wage/hour disputes, etc.), and grievances affecting entire employee groups or classes (including "high-dollar" contract interpretation/interest arbitrations, wage claims, etc.).

I spent eleven years representing management, followed by eighteen years as a Union attorney.
