| Brief Thumbnail: | I have been in practice for more than 30 years. Since 1990, I have concentrated almost exclusively on matters involving litigation, primarily consisting of personal injury and wrongful death claims. I have consulted with many physicians, accident reconstruction experts, biomechanical experts, vocational rehabilitation specialists, accountants and economists, and other appropriate experts to develop a good working understanding of the various aspects typically involved in personal injury claims, including causation of accidents; causation of injuries; the typical medical opinions regarding diagnosis, severity, and prognosis in matters involving personal injury; and the various aspects of assessing economic damages. Although I practice exclusively on behalf of Plaintiffs, I have developed many close relationships and am well-respected professionally by the defense bar as well. |
