| Mediation Experience: | My work experience includes having worked as a Family Law Facilitator where I mediated a number of disputes for pro per litigants. Since entering private practice, I have served as mediator in a number of cases both as a paid neutral and also as a volunteer pro tem with the Court’s One Day program, as an attorney volunteering to assist pro pers at Status Conferences and the Court’s previous on-site ADR mediation program |
| Mediation Training: | I am a certified mediator having completed the 40 hour training. |

| Mediation Approach: |
I generally use a facilitative approach, though if both parties are self-represented I tend to ask in advance for permission to offer some evaluative tools such that an experience/educational imbalance between the parties does not unduly skew a result (such as when a pro per litigant who has never worked outside of the home in a 40 year marriage does not understand she/he has a right to a share of the other parties’ pension). |
| Arbitration Approach: |
I would employ an evaluative approach. |
