Arbitration Experience:	Member, San Mateo County Judicial Arbitration Panel since 1993. Served as arbitrator on many cases. Arbitrated numerous cases as counsel of record for one or more parties.

Mediation Approach:	Directive
Arbitration Approach:	Arbitrations are formal and I take an active role in the process, if required to resolve material issues. Formal briefing is required with simultaneous exchange of briefs and supporting documentary evidence three days before the arbitration. Arbitration awards are accompanied with a formal and detailed statement of decision.
