Subject Matter:

Mediation Experience:	I have mediated over 100 cases which covered consumer, business, employment, personal injury, real estate and landlord/tenant issues. Many of these cases involved parties having diverse backgrounds and some of the mediations were conducted in Spanish.
Mediation Training:	I have conducted training on meeting the needs of diverse clients during mediation and the mediation of small claims. I have also received at least 100 hours of mediation and facilitation training.

Mediation Approach:	My approach to mediation is primarily facilitative, but if circumstances warrant I will use a more directive approach. I have the ability to attend to details without losing sight of the broader picture.
Other Information:	Currently serving as a trustee on San Mateo-Foster City Elemantary School Board. Also a member of the Advisory Committee for the Peninsula Conflict Resolution Center.
