Mediation Approach:
Although I have experience in all mediation styles, I most often utilize a hybrid model of both the evaluative and facilitative processes.
Neutral Approach:
After inviting the parties and their counsel to make presentations of thier case, I identify key disputed issues and suggest possible stipulations. Before presenting my written evaluation, I determine whether the parties want to explore settlement through mediation.
