Mediation Approach:
Facilitative initially. First try to guide counsel and the parties toward reaching a mutually satisfactory result. If unsuccessful I become more directive with a frank private analysis of their respective legal positions, and when, applicable and appropriate, an experience-based evaluation of a potential jury response to the dispute. I leave no stone unturned in seeking a mutually acceptable resolution of the dispute.
