Mediation Approach:
I usually commence sessions with a facilitative approach and, if the parties agree, become more evaluative in private sessions, as I learn more about the case.
Arbitration Approach:
I provide a comprehensive reasoned award based upon the applicable law and the evidence presented. Work with the parties prior to the hearing regarding to determine protocol, witness scheduling, rules etc.
