Other Information:
I have been practicing in the area of probate, estate planning, and trust law since 1999. I am a Bay Area native, and a graduate of the Univeristy of San Francisco School of Law, where I graduate Cum Laude. I was a member of the McAuliffe Honor Society and the University of San Francisco Law Review.
The majority of my practice focuses on representing professional fiduciaries and family members in all aspects of conservatorships, guardianships, probate and trust administration, including preparation and review of accountings. I have experience in both pre -and post- mortem will and trust contest, and experience in a variety of types of conservatorship litigation.
I strongly believe a successful mediation includes a resolution that all parties can live with, and a great mediation leaves all parties feeling satisfied and confident in the justice system.
