Additionally, she has a mediation and conciliation practice spanning almost two decades in California. Her unique abilites to make high level communication a safe and comfortable experience facilitated the transition to law and a career in mediation and dispute resolution. Part of her strenght is in her keen awarness of the importance of each individual's particular needs and the need for individualized solutions.
