Mediation Approach:
Depends to some extent on what the parties/counsel wish. Initially my approach is facilitative, later changing to evaluative. I believe this approach is referred to as transformative.
Arbitration Approach:
Informal court trial. Respectful of the parties and counsel. In juducial arbitration, I always provide the parties with a reasoned award.
Neutral Approach:
The key to a successful neutral evaluation is to obtain from the parties specific issues in dispute and a statement of the law that they believe is relevant.
