Additional Information

A pre-mediation conference call with counsel for all parties is requested to facilitate mediation planning.

Payment of the mediation fee is required 14 days in advance of the mediation.

Deadline for cancellation is 7 days prior to the mediation, subject to an administrative charge of $150. No refund for cancellation within 7 days of the mediation date.

 Current volunteer/ pro bono Settlement Conference Officer for the Superior Court, County of San Francisco, Mandatory Settlement Conference Program; Mediated and resolved numerous disputes in employment and related civil rights, personal injury, insurance and business cases set for trial.

 Represent employees in all areas of Wrongful Termination, Discrimination, Harassment, Wage & Hour, Whistleblower - Retaliation, and related civil rights cases, from filing of suit through trial or settlement. Numerous mediations, motion briefs, and court appearances at motion hearings and trials.

Volunteered work for the Court as a temporary judge [pro tem] with the Alameda County Court in Oakland, Fremont, and Hayward- 2008-2010.
