I began my alternative dispute practice in January 2009. Since then I have conducted several hundred mediations. I have settled over 200 cases.
Mediation Training:
I attended the Steven Rosenberg mediation training program in 2010. The program consisted of 40 hours of classroom work, interactive sessions, lectures and demonstrations. I have also attended 5 San Francisco Superior Court Judicial demeanor-training sessions.






Arbitration Experience:

I work with the parties to achieve settlement through the most efficient means possible. I attempt to facilitate the process without providing an evaluation. However, if a settlement needs candid discussions about certain settlement positions and risk, I provide it.
