Introductory and Advanced instruction received from Steve Rosenberg. I have attended over 20 CLE mediation-related classes to supplement the formal classes.

Received arbitration certificate from Ron Kelly class. Just starting, have mediated 5 cases.

In the past four years, I have served as a Settlement Mentor to conduct about 175 settlement conferences in Civil and Probate cases in Contra Costa County Superior Court

Examples: real estate, landlord-tenant, insurance coverage, contract and commercial disputes, HOA's, premises liability (dog bites), neighbor fights, civil harassment/restraining orders, elder abuse, probate, medical malpractice, and vehicle/pedestrian accidents.
