Mediation Training:	Introductory and Advanced instruction received from Steve Rosenberg. I have attended over 20 CLE mediation-related classes to supplement the formal classes.
Arbitration Experience:	Received arbitration certificate from Ron Kelly class. Just starting, have mediated 5 cases.
Settlement Conference Experience:	In the past four years, I have served as a Settlement Mentor to conduct about 175 settlement conferences in Civil and Probate cases in Contra Costa County Superior Court
