Mediation Experience:	I have mediated hundreds of matters involving commercial and general contract disputes, commercial leases, fraud, misrepresentations, fee disputes, professional malpractice, real estate, boundary disputes, landlord/tenant, unlawful detainer, technology, trade secrets, intellectual property, employee classifications, wage and hour claims, boundary disputes, construction, elder abuse and personal injury, traumatic brain injury and airplane turbulence injury.
