Philip Fagone is a mediator, arbitrator, and construction attorney. Mr. Fagone has mediated more than 160 disputes involving complex construction matters, business contracts, and real estate disputes. His law practice focuses on contract negotiations, developing claims avoidance programs, and the resolution of construction disputes. Mr. Fagone's clients include commercial contractors, developers, and design professionals. Mr. Fagone received his B.S. degree in civil engineering from Worcester Polytecnic Institute, his M.B.A from Suffolk University, and his J.D. From Golden Gate University. He also has more than 25 years experience managing commercial construction projects. Mr. Fagone is a memeber of the San Mateo Bar Association and is currently the chair of the ADR section.
