Mediation Approach:
I am primarily a facilitator, who prefers to make maximum use of joint sessions befere going to caucus. I tend to vary my style to suite the needs of the particular case. I provide evaluation and opinions with repect to the issues and will adopt a directive approach when necessary and if the parties wish me to do so.

I try to treat all parties and counsel in the manner in which I would like to be treated. I always provide a reasoned decision.
