Ms. Gordon has been a mediatior since 1987. She has successfully mediated hundreds of cases including over 200 EEO employment cases. She mediates a wide variety of cases including employment, business, probate and workplace disputes and specializes in highly emotionally charged situations. She is on many mediation panels including: Court of Appeal, First Appellate District; U.S. Postal Service REDRESS program; San Mateo, Contra Costa and San Francisco counties Superior Court Programs; Consumer Arbitration program for Recreational Vehicles and East Bay Community Mediation. She also mediates for FEMA.
